- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Long story short rude customer service!! Kathy Lewis in check-in rolled her eyes at me twice and all I needed to know is where I needed to check my grandfather in. The only reason I kept my grandfather here is because they saved his life twice and also saved my friend's life. Amazing docters but have the worst staff.May 27, 2017by roseanna cruz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very rude staff. I felt like I was treated like an enemy when I haven’t done anything wrong to them. I approached each and every staff in a friendly way but very few dealt with me nicely. I, also, always thought Filipinos have the most pleasant, charming personality, especially when it comes to work, but it changed that perception of mine after being here today. It was so depressing to have encountered the most unprofessional, ill-mannered, impudent people who were supposed to be patient and respectful.
