  This has been the most unpleasant experience I've had with a doctors office. I went in on the recommendation of my doctor for a tonsillectomy. I left in tears after my visit because I was told that I also had a swollen thyroid (blood tests for that), acid reflux, sinus issues, along with possible sleep apnea. It has been 6 days and no contact from the office. I called to get test results because I was sent a survey via email asking about my experience and right now I am furious with the service I have received from this office. The office staff literally told me that I was "not the only patient they have" and that they "do not have all the answers" when I was finally told my tests came back normal and asked why my thyroid is so swollen. This all being said, Dr Subramanian and nurse were extremely kind and said that she promised that we could get me feeling better. Well, Dr. Subramanian your staff is keeping you from being a better doctor. I cannot imagine telling a person who comes to you for help that they are "not your only patient". This was upon my first or second call to this office since my visit. I will change this review if/when the doctor calls me and gives me some better information about my visit and what we can do to help. Although at this point I do not have high hopes for a call. When people are sick and come to you for help, communicate with them and treat them as if they were your "only patient". Update: I just requested my test results sent to a different doctor for a second opinion. I know this staff is just as frustrated with me as I am with them however, I would never treat a patent like this office has. Lisa told me that she would have this to them by the end of the day today. While trying to explain that the other doctor won't see me unless these results are sent over by Monday she interrupted me to tell me that she is "a person who does what she says" and hung up on me. Just horrible service. Horrible. New update: New ENT did NOT receive my records like was promised and doctor did not call me as promised. I was also hung up on again. If you are in pain and in need of assistance....ENT Metro is not the place to go. If you want to be treated like a piece of dirt? Metro it is. I hope I never see any of these people ever again.
