- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called to get a fax number for this location. I was completely turned off by the receptionist. I work in the medical field and was completely shocked when I asked for the fax number she replied "for what?" I replied with "excuse me?" she said "Well you did not identify yourself." (SPEAKING VERY RUDE, LIKE I WAS INTRUDING ON HER TIME) Needless to say I found this very rude and I would not reach out to this office for any medical needs based simply on this business receptionist. YOUR FRONT DESK IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT POSTIONS, SETS THE MOOD FOR YOUR PRACTICE. SHE DID NOT SET A GOOD ONE. BY THE LOOKS OF THESE REVIEWS SHE NEEDS TO HAVE A TRAINING SESSION ON PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. I JUST CALLED BACK TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND I ASKED HER TITLE WHEN SHE ANSWERD THE PHONE "SHE IS EVERYTHING" LOL. WOW! I feel so bad for that practice and doctor.
